My Recommendations
In an ideal world try to complete all 3 workouts each week, on an every other day basis.
For example, on Monday you can complete Workout 1, on Wednesday go through Workouts 2, and Friday you’d complete Workout 3.
In addition to these resistance workouts, you may also decide to add cardio or intervals of your own (after the workout, or on alternating days from these workouts).
