Lectin sensitivity is a real thing, but does that mean you should stay away from lectin-based foods your entire life?
If you notice more bloating, gas, inflammation, skin rashes, joint pain, etc. when you consume certain foods, that is your body showing you signs (symptoms) that there is an underlying root issue going on…
And while it may be important to stay away from high lectin foods while you work to fix the imbalance it doesn’t mean you have to stop eating them forever…
