I get asked all the time how I can possibly recommend short 20-40 minute
workouts when everyone has always been told you need to do an hour or more
to burn serious body fat…

Here’s the answer:

The reason I can get away with really short workouts is because I design them
in a way to engage more muscle fiber in fewer exercises. Before this style of
intense fat burning, you used to have to work each muscle individually which
took forever…

After years of research and trial and error I now know that way of exercising is
completely inefficient for my busy clients who are trying to lose weight and tone
up.

Here’s how I was able to trick my own body, as well as my clients…

I did away with any exercise that didn’t target more than 1 body part. What this
means is that if I wanted to exercise the arms or chest, I would have them do a
standing cable chest press or a dumbbell ball chest press.

That way there, you work your abs, core, and entire body with every movement.
It’s WAY MORE POWERFUL and it gets results in half the time (maybe even
faster).

Since I always like to give you as much information as I can to help you succeed
with your own weight loss or body transformation journey, I shot a video with
