home gym for under $100.
Most people think you need to spend thousands on fancy equipment or a high-priced
cardio machine…
That’s just simply not the case and I’d like to show you the equipment you REALLY
need to get a better workout at a fraction of the price.
I’ve had my own portable home gym now for about 10 years and it’s all I’ve ever really
needed…
It served me well when I lived in Providence, RI and still I still enjoy the same workout
benefits at my home in Boston, MA now. Plus, all you really need is a small 6’ x 6’ space
(just enough room to lie down) at your home or office to get in a great fat burning
workout.
Here’s what my home gym consists of:
• 1 pair of adjustable spinlock dumbbells ($39.95)
• 1 exercise mat to protect my floors ($10 – $30)
• 1 stability ball ($19.95)
• 1 JC Travel band ($19.95)
That’s it… and to be honest, many of my online clients have gotten away with just buying
a pair of adjustable dumbbells and nothing else. All they did was substitute a rug for a
