Lower Your Cholesterol Naturally
Cholesterol leads to plaque build-up and clogging of the arteries, which can
accumulate over time from improper diet, lack of exercise, and genetics. Elevated
cholesterol levels are a sign for a possible heart attacks, but your risks can be
reduced by improving your nutrition and workout program.

Healthy Cholesterol Levels:
Total Cholesterol: < 200mg/dL
LDL Levels < 100md/dL
HDL Levels > 40mg/dL

Try adding these natural products daily:

Niacin/Vitamin B6
Lowers LDL and raises HDL cholesterol.
Recommended dosage: 100mg daily

L-Carnosine
An amino acid found naturally in the body, this antioxidant supplement helps to
rejuvenate cells and protect them from premature aging.
Recommended dosage: 500mg – 1,000mg daily

Fruits and Fruit Juices
The phytonutrients in fruits are powerful antioxidants. Look for low sugar choices.

Exercise
Work up to 45 – 60 minutes at least 4 times a week. Get a clean bill of health from

Take your pulse before you exercise and then immediately upon stopping. Repeat
every 5 minutes until your pulse has returned to your pre-exercise level. When your
heart rate returns to its pre-exercise level within 5 minutes of stopping you know you
and your heart are in good shape.
